hi ernst,

I Have few questions about the lajjitaadi avashta table values you show in the predicting with avashtas course.

1. The shad Bala value of EXA/MT planets get extra points, as shown in the table, is multiplied by 2,. Why is that value(as double of the basic shad Bala) not taken into consideration in the total value of a planet( after deduction and adding the aspects to the planet) and just the basic shad bala value is added? And with same concern , why, When taking into account the value of shad Bala of an exalted planet ( double of its basic shad Bala), doesn’t the value of its aspect based on its doubled value?
2. In the lajjitaadi manual it is noted that, planets in different signs which sharing the same lord should be regarded as having a conjunction, so if any of the relevant avashtas  is created by, that so called ,conjunction , shouldn’t those values be shown in the table next to the planets affected( delight/ starvation/agitation) and also , if not to a full value extant, then at least ,to a relative aspect value)?

HI Sharon, to get kala to show the same lord conjunctions click on Alt+A and it will togle back and forth.

The value of aspects does not change based on the avastha of a planet, tha tis why an exalted planet aspect is not double, nor is a starved planets aspect less.

The reason we do not take the double value of the exalted planet in teh total calculation in the bottom is becuase we really dont know if a planet gets double points when exalted. It just a way to deal with it. We are simply told its Proud. How much to add for proud, who knows! What's important to know is that a proud planet is able to come out on top and feel good about what it's done.

Hi Ernst,

I have question about the Kala Lajjjitadi Avasta  table as well .  in certain cases there are  2 columns  under one planet getting an aspect by another. Each can be very different calculations.

Thanks

One of those will be a delighted value and the other an ashamed or agitated value when both of these happen at the same time.

Hi Ernst, In the Heart of Parashara course in the Kala instruction video am I correct that the  recommendation is to default to Same Lord conjunction for the Avasthas calculation?

Do you still recommend this? I cannot tell when the video was made etc so not sure if that was outdated because the default on Kala 2018 was different so I am double checking. Apologies as just starting out here.
