I'm not sure where to post this question, but here goes. I'm looking for information on Astrology and Crystals and their application to mental states. I have a few things, but not sure I trust the sources. I can't find anything in scriptures. Hoping I can get some input, thank you.

I have used crystals successfully in the past to regulate energetic and mental states when I was going through a very rough period. I was choosing them intuitively at that time based on what I felt I needed. I, too, did not have much information about them, but learnt as I went based on what I was experiencing.
