What foods are recommended for a weak skeletal system? Is it really just radishes and ginger and avoiding cooked food? I think getting enough of the non-midday sunlight would be good but what about if the person is experiencing tooth decay (the first to go in the skeletal system)?

These days minerals are lacking in our foods as well. I drink barley grass juice powder to make up for the depleted soil that our veggies and fruit trees grow in. What are other ways to solve this?

so if you see Saturn starving sun, will cucumbers help if they are lacking the minerals? Watermelon and cucumbers have the potential for loads of pesticides due to how much water they absorb

Tooth decay due to low calcium reserves, the best cooked food is oats. It has silica which the body converts to calcium. I had a client once with multiple small caries throughout her entire mouth. She ate tons of oats, in all kinds of ways she could think of, and a year later, all the cavities had healed. She was a trooper!

also, soak all grains and rice before cooking to get rid of the phytic acids which drain calcium from the system.

I’ve recently learned that magnesium also plays a crucial role in calcium absorption.

Iodide is also very important but I keep seeing horror stories of people taking too much. I need to explore that more. Has anyone researched this?

@karinia Yes. Dr. Michael Nehls is very popular in german alternative media at the moment. He is a high ranking scientist, has published with nobel price winners and I can say from his podcasts, a nice guy. He has written a book solely on Lithium (Oh thats funny, you asked about Iodide, I will keep writing now 😀 ). Lithium seems to be also very important in small doses there was for example an big expirement in china, they added Lithium to the water of a community to compare and the babies had a some points higher IQ. Seems to be very important for mental illness, too. Iodine of course is crucial, too. I was very in to researching all the minerals but I came to the conclusion that every mineral is important in the fitting amounts. Even if you eat the best organic foods (unless you grow yourself maybe) the food companies are using fertiliziers with only three minerals: nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium. But they need at least 16, as Dr. Stefan Hügel has stated in his work. So every year the plants get depleted more. And you can look this up there are studies comparing the minderal content of food from like 1910 and 1990 and it shows 80% less nowadays. So in my opinion you should not only eat organically but also use a supplement which covers all the minerals and trace minerals. Dr. Hügel cited a study where they cleaned the air for rats from lead and these rats died sooner than the rats where they didn`t so apparently we got even use for lead (we got enough of it of course 😀 ). I take part in a "clinical trial" to get his powder and don't have to worry about because there are like twenty things in it, all you can think of and more, like rubidium, germanium and even little little amounts of tin and nickel, because for every of these trace minerals he got studies of the benefits of supplementation. This declenation of "essential" minerals is rubbish. There are some we need a lot of and some we need almost nothing of it seems. Maybe aluminum we don't but thats the one they inject in babies all the time, figure that one out :/ So I only know german sources but I'd try to find a supplement of very high quality which covers a wide range of these minerals. Apart I read you are growing your own food and the other stuff you do and I think every baby would be very lucky to be incarnated in your family. Keep it up 🙂

@karinia You're welcome. I got lots of planets in 6th house so I love this stuff. Also I just watched the elements video this morning and I got none of the 7 planets in an earth sign so apperently I am craving minerals 😀
