What foods are recommended for a weak skeletal system? Is it really just radishes and ginger and avoiding cooked food? I think getting enough of the non-midday sunlight would be good but what about if the person is experiencing tooth decay (the first to go in the skeletal system)?
These days minerals are lacking in our foods as well. I drink barley grass juice powder to make up for the depleted soil that our veggies and fruit trees grow in. What are other ways to solve this?
so if you see Saturn starving sun, will cucumbers help if they are lacking the minerals? Watermelon and cucumbers have the potential for loads of pesticides due to how much water they absorb
Tooth decay due to low calcium reserves, the best cooked food is oats. It has silica which the body converts to calcium. I had a client once with multiple small caries throughout her entire mouth. She ate tons of oats, in all kinds of ways she could think of, and a year later, all the cavities had healed. She was a trooper!
also, soak all grains and rice before cooking to get rid of the phytic acids which drain calcium from the system.
I’ve recently learned that magnesium also plays a crucial role in calcium absorption.
Iodide is also very important but I keep seeing horror stories of people taking too much. I need to explore that more. Has anyone researched this?
