Mental illness and Remdies Based on Chart

Hello, I'm just wondering because my inner voice told me to ask the forum. I'm not familiar with medical astrology.

My question is: if there is someone I know who has mental illness or drug addiction and I pull their birth chart. Is it possiable to find specific remedies tailored to that person's needs to help them either ease the effects of the mental illness/behavior disorder or help them curb their addiction to substance.

If so where can these skills be learned, so that I can assist this person?
