Which planet rules the human brain?
In the case of a congenital brain defect, what might it include?

The entire nervous system is ruled by mars and that includes the brain. Then different parts of the brain are ruled by different planets. So for congenital brain defects you need afflicted mars and some other planet afflicted as well along with trouble to aries, the head. Add the 8th house or 1st house into the mix and its more certain.

I remember reading a long time ago about astrological research on Alzheimer's revealing a pattern of Mars afflictions.

I have seen how people with certain mental disabilities have received quite a lot of help from sports. The sport should also be Mars.
