What type of configuration would relate to someone who has unusually large calves? The person in question has a rather skinny and tall structure.
I was thinking initially venus or jupiter in aquarius, but he doesn't have that. He does have venus in the 11th, though. What would make something unusually large as opposed to large?

Some other ideas to explore:
- Aspects to Brava cusp 11th (Kala has a table for that)
- Aspects to Lord Saturn, and also check his zodiac sign qualities
- Rasi aspects to Aquarius
