hello Ernst,

Regarding moving into another home, what is the most important muhurta: The first time seeing the home as advertised, first time entering the home, first time moving into the home, or the contract signing?

The contract signing will have to do with the relationship between the renter and the person renting and the financial stresses relevant to the rent. The time you first enter after that is important in respect to how well it goes living in that house.

@ernst For the lord of the Nakshatra in Muhurta, do you still look at the lord of the nakshatra even though that only pertains to vimshottari?

YEs, do look at it, but also look at moon rasi lord which is really more important.
