I have few questions on muhurta. For buying a house should I be looking at the chart of the male member (or the primary earning member) of the family or the female member (who is is the home maker as spends maximum time in the house)? Similarly entering to a house should I be looking at the chart of the male member (or the primary earning member) of the family or the female member (who is is the home maker and spends maximum time in the house)?
While considering muhurta should the auspicious dates such as Ganesh chaturthi, Janmastami, Shiva Ratri override muhurta from Kala?

Thanks Ernst. Which is more important? I am guessing that if purchasing real estates is made with investment as the focus then buying will be more important. But if purchasing real estates is made with raising family as the focus.
