Predicting dashas of Ra/Ke through D60

We look at dasha planet's dignity in D60 to determine the ceiling of the dasha. For seeing the ceiling of a Rahu dasha in D60, do we look at the D60 dignity of Rahu's ruler in rasi, or do we look at the D60 dignity of Rahu's ruler in D60?
