Hello everybody,
I am taking the course PAC and have a question about the interpretation of Rahu in Cancer conjunct Mercury in 9th considering Rahu is like Moon with Mercury. Would it be that it is double the fear of the jungle or double the experimentation potential in the jungle?
Same person has Ketu (which would be Saturn with Sun) in Capricorn (Saturn ruled) with Saturn retrograde (and with Pluto if it matters), would that reinforce the blockage in Ketu house, meaning a super strong parental voice of Don't do ?
PS Person also has Sun in Leo and Jupiter in Sag, good dignities. Not sure if I'm taking this too far or if it's explained later in the course, I'm just super excited 🙂
Thank you! 🤗 🤗 🤗
I´m not familiar with the concept of Mo/Me being similar to Rahu and Sa/su being like Ke.
I guess I have missed something; would you mind elaborating on that?

Some thoughts on Ra/Me. It´s not a combination that I have seen much. But my guess is that it would make a person extremely curious about the world, but with a tendency for a scewed world view? In the 9th: A scewed philosophy and in Cancer an emotional charge? Perhaps a recipy for someone being involved in conspiracy theory? Rahu representing new technologies etc; attention payed to AI and similar stuff?
Rahu does also represent the foreign, so I would also expect a focus on themes like foreign countries, foreigners and perhaps UFOs, aliens etc.
Also alleopathic medicine, possibly.
Also, from what we have learnt from the few Adityas video that Ernst has published on YT, Me/Ra being in Mitra maybe makes the person quite pushy with his/her ideas.
Hopefully, if that is so, this person is saved by a good Jupiter from going completely overboard though.
Am I right?

U said ketu in capricorn which would be saturn with sun. But sun is in leo. So is sun in capricorn or in leo?

My thoughts on your son's chart. Like you he has more fixed planets - 4 fix, 2 moveable and 1 dual. People with this Musala "Pestle" yoga are strong and stable but never hard; they are only hard or strong enough to fulfill their duties, and they are not inclined to abuse their power or strength. They are most capable of taking what comes to them and making the most out of it. It may be difficult for them to make changes or to start something new and different, but once they get going they are stable, consistent and therefore, successful. They stick to what they do, and the greatest capacity for lasting and long-term success
He has all planets in 4 rasis so he has Kedara "Field" Yoga. It shows a person who is a stable and persistent worker. They are natural providers and involve themselves in very real things that others can benefit. The fourth planet, Mercury, becomes an important factor
He has 2 Akriti yogas that i can see. Like you he has the Hala Yoga. But he has it in the 2th, 6th and 10th. It is an artha trine. The yoga shows a person puts all of their energy into providing for the material well-being and status of themselves and others, which alone is not enough for happiness, and thought they may appear materially successful, they usually don't have the slightest idea of who they are. He also has the Shakti Yoga - so lots of power, energy, capacity, ability, strength etc.. in him. People with Shakti Yoga are always driven towards activity. I have this yoga so yes a lot of energy to deal with
He has Mercury in the 12th from the Sun forming a Vosi Yoga indicates he is thoughtful, fair, practical with regards to that which they initiate in life, and upon first impression.
He also has Mercury in the 12th from the Moon forming Anapha Yoga. This indicates the person's consciousness is conditioned through the assimilation of what they learned, while remaining open to that which they have not learned. They appreciate information and all ideas have some merit that can be benefited from in the proper place and time. The house that Mercury rules will indicate those things and people that the person will learn from. His Mercury is in the 9th House. 9th House is father, philosophy, religious etc...
He has 3/9 Ketu/Rahu Axis. I think he is comfortable with teammates, co-workers, using his skills (3rd house is house of skills). Ketu's Lord Saturn is in his own house too which is nice. He will be comfortable there. This is an axis between actions (Capricorn is the 10th House, the thigh the very strong part of our body vs Cancer the 4th the emotional, feelings, the breast/heart). Capricorn is material security and Cancer is emotional security. A planet with Rahu is a planet that will need development which will be his Mercury here. Rahu's Lord Moon is in the 10th House in good dignity with the support of the Sun. 9th Lord in the 10th house is a raja yoga too. So I think he will not have problems journeying to the 9th House. Rahu in Cancer, a person will need to pay attention to their emotion in making their decisions because with Ketu in Capricorn they think if they control all their material responsibilities they are good to go and that they will be happy. That is what Rahu in Cancer will teach them where the true happiness is which relates back to his Hala yoga above (2th, 6th and 10th).
9th House is philosophy, religion, father, and Mercury is with Rahu in Cancer. Cancer indicates foreign places. He will have to get away from teammates, groups to explore by himself things such as philosophy, religions and possibly to travel in foreign countries due to that Mercury being there. Mercury is about investigating, trying different options to see which one will work. Mercury is an objective not subjective planet. Mercury is about researching, gather the facts then see the choices and try the best choice with the information available. If it does not work out, then try the next option until a person finds something that will work out for them
He also has 4 planets in the 10th House. 4 planets in a house destroys that house except for 1st, 9th and 10th. He has 4 planets in the 10th which will make a very strong 10th House. I do notice his 10th cusp is in the 11th House with no planet. His Lagna Lord Mars is in Leo 10th House which indicates to me his path with be carving out his own kingdom in his career
I see combustion in the 10th with Sun being there so there will be Avasthas issues.
Mercury is the main planet in D-4 Chaturthamsa so you want to look at D-4 to see how good his Mercury is there. If you look D-4 then you also need to look at D-2 the Hora too. Just some suggestions
I would say Mercury is an important planet in his chart so work to help him develop his Mercury and i think he will go far. Several yogas that I see in this chart all pointed to Mercury. This is just my general analysis of this chart.
Other feel free to add in...
