Hora, Chandra-Kriya/Vela/Avasta?

Hello Ernst,

in the free Prasna class you explain about Hora, Chandra-Kriya/Vela/Avasta and how one can understand different things from these about the person who asks the question. What happens when I am the person who asks the question about someone else. For example I was asking a question about my daughter. If something was the right thing to do for her. Does the Hora, Chandra-Kriya/Vela/Avasta then apply to me as I am asking the question or does it apply to my daughter because she is the one about whom the question is asked?
