Lagna Lord ruling other bhavas

Hi,

I´m reading a prashna chart with economic implication. 

I don´t see any special rules for a bhava (other than the lagna) ruled by the lagna Lord.

Like in this case: Capricorn lagna, second house (with it´s cusp) Aquarius, Saturn in Aquarius. That should be an indication of economic success in the matter I´m asking about, especially since Jupiter is conjunct Saturn, but again: What are the rules for the Lagna lord ruling another bhava cusp; it can´t form any yogas with itself??
