Hi Ernst,

In video 18 of the Tajika Prasna course you mention that one of the reasons why people fail to stay connected to their partner is bc their lagna lord, lagna, or Moon is in a movable sign.

Can this be applied outside of Prasna to natal astrology as well?

Not exactly, but anytime a person has most of their planets in movable signs, not including the nodes, then most things, including relationships, become unstable.
