Both Rahu and Ketu in the same sign

I think in one course Ernst said  that some divisional charts are spiritual. And Rahu and Ketu are the same thing from a spiritual point of view so that would be why they are together in some divisional charts

Ultimately we are working on brining rahu and ketu together into using both of them at the same time. The vargas where they join show how we do this. the D60 is especially important for that. 

The lagna changes in the D60 every two minutes, so yes, you need accurate time to trust it.
