I'm currently working on the Mastering Rahu & Ketu course. In my Rasi I have no Bhava Cusps for both of them. Ketu is in Pisces, Rahu is in Virgo. I tried to figure it out with secondary effects but Pisces, Virgo, Gemini and Saggitarius all aspect each other so I have no idea where Ketu would be then house wise or Rahu. In my Rasi Gemini has 5th cusp and Saggitarius has 11th. So would Ketu take on the 5th and Rahu the 11th?

Read the closest cusp to rahu and ketu, you will always get that impact.
