Is there a surefire way to figure out the house that Rahu-Ketu is in just by observation? I am observing this person and I have narrowed it down to the 4th-10th axis. There is a hint of 2nd-8th, but I think that is coming from another varga. Rahu in Pisces, Ketu in Virgo. Has made a complete mess with work and home life. He's in his 70s and still living in debt that he doesn't tell his wife about. My heart goes out to her as she's got to deal with financial shocks at her age. It's his 3rd marriage and lives as if he is still a bachelor and doesn't take any responsibilities. Plays around with rules and regulations as if they are not meant for him.
I'm thinking he's got Rahu in 4th, but sometimes I wonder if it's in the 10th. When I met him, I thought he was a responsible person, but I have been proven wrong. I might remember this wrong, but I think Ernst said somewhere that people see a person as the Rahu version or something to that effect, so I am questioning if I have got it right.
Do you know if he has any planets in the same Rasi as his Rahu?
what would be the dignity and avasthas for Sun and Venus ?
If rules issue is Virgo, wouldn't Ketu there make the person uptight about them?

Ketu in mercury signs can easily make person manipulative especially if it's lord has bad LAs..
