I have Ketu-Saturn conjuction in my 4th house. Separated from mother at early age and raised by a rigid, abusive and overly controlling grandmother… I ran to my Rahu house as soon as I could, nowadays (I’m 27) more financially independent then ever, wanted to search for a peaceful compromise with my mother and grandmother. I cut contacts many times and now I got so severely psychologically abused while Rahu is transiting my 4th Ketu house again. What should I do? Saturn is in Rasi conjoint Ketu and he is said to be good at getting rid of things. Could it be possible that this Rahu transit wants me to cut ties with grandmother? I still have hopes that at some point we’ll come to some conclusion with my mother, but kind of gave up hopes in regards to grandmother.
Rahu in 4th means its time to focus on 4th house, which is YOUR mental health and happiness. Not necessarily your mother. IF, we are in a place with ourselves that being around family triggers us into a feeling of helplessness or despair, then we have to not have contact with them until we heal. This is a critical first step in the healing phase of trauma. So, if you are getting triggered, stay away. If you are not, if you get hurt but you are able to be in an adult, mature, rational state, then you can keep being the adult and help your mom grow into a more mature version of yourself.
