Parents/Family Having Native's Rahu Rashi Afflicted

Hi Ernst and folks,

If someone is born with Rahu alone in a certain rashi (meaning that rashi is not otherwise afflicted by bad planets, avashthas, etc. in their chart), is it still common for their parents and the closest people around them, while growing up, to have that same rashi afflicted and damaged by trashed planets? And to thus grow up lacking a strong and healthy example of that rashi?

Like its an omen of the natives own undeveloped Rahu and the potential vulnerability of that rashi in their own life?

Does this happen most often with Rahu in 9th or is it common with everyone?
