When judging the 3rd 6th 11th lords as separating factors for Rahu/Ketu, do we also consider any planets with/ the 3rd 6th 11th bhava cusps as being unhelpful as well?
For example, if Venus was in the 3rd but ruled the 4th Taurus for Aquarius lagna, would he be considered harmful?
(Looking at the rules, he would otherwise be OK as lord of 9th and 4th). If so, would it be as bad as a lord of 3/6/11 or just a minor matter?

Their lords in the 6th, 8th or 12th indicated much greater stress. In the 6th there are greater delays and obstacles. In the 8th there are great and unexpected changes. In the 12th there are greater
loses, sacrifices and expenses.
