@mitryendra80 The house that rahus lord is in. The agency, its just something that is to be used as part of the development of the rahu house.
It's difficult when Rahu's lord has very low-digbala. Even when delighted.
If you want to go to Dinseyland, you have to get in a car, or put shoes on before you will get to Disneyland. You can't just say, I am going to jump right to Disneyland. Same with rahu. You just cant jump to the sign, the consciousness will not have any relevancy towards it without engaging in that house.

Rahu isnt the end game of it all by any means. We have our first lord, as well as the sun and jupiter and 2nd house, which are all indicative of where we are going and how we are going. For me, those tend to be more important in the end, whilst rahu in say capricorn in my case isnt always manifest. It could also be that the necessary conditions and platform for that to be so isnt manifest either, to that end you might seriously look into astrocartography.
