Ra/Ke in Shastiamsa

Hello, 

Could anyone clarify or direct me to the course where I could learn about the planetary lords of the Shastiamsa? In my D60, it says the planetary lord of my RA/KE is Vamsakshaya and then after a comma says, family decay. Anyone know what this means? Obviously, I'm guessing it means a karma of family decay in this lifetime, which would make sense to me. Just looking for a more in depth explanation, if there are any remedies or how to deal with this Lordship over my Ra/Ke in D60.
