Spiritual significance of Rahu-Ketu

I think I read somewhere or heard you mention in some video that rahu and ketu correspond to Ida and Pingla. Would it mean that balancing rahu ketu leads more life energy to enter into Sushumna? Similar to how spiritual practices like Kriya yoga work? And would that also mean that spiritual practices like Kriya Yoga are in a way helping us balance our rahu and ketu? If there is some video where you have already shared more about it, please let us know.
