@tuyetv Thanks for digging the answer! And yes, following Ernst's answer, I look at the closest cusps when no cusp in the rasis and at the closest 1/7, 4/10 axis for everyone. When more than one cusp in the rasi, the question/situation dictates which one to pay more closely attention to. I have not seen that many like that but, what I've noticed is that one cusp "screams" louder than the other one, the other one being more subtle (but probably not less important).
