Timing of Eclipse Effects

Do you look for events relative to the house as counted from the Sun and the Moon, or only from the Lagna?

Eclipses in 3/6/11 from moon are generally more easy for the person to handle. Eclipses in 10th from moon are also a bit easier. 

but I dont look at the concrete effects from moon or sun.
