I wonder how come the transiting bhava lord of the rasi doesn't trigger anything, but the transiting varga bhava lord does? Is that explained in any vedic texts?
@ernst But your pdf on trigger transists does not include this option. Only lagna lord, karaka, AK, Sun, jaimini karaka, full moon and Jupiter are listed as triggering transits in the rasi. Should we add a bhava lord to the list?

@ernst Thank you, I will. Would the bhava lord crossing its cusp also be a trigger? I would say no as there are no self factors involved?
@ernst And karakas can act either as self factor or bhava factor to trigger something, right?
