Outer planets hitting starry planets

U said that it's outer planets (pluto neptune uranus) hitting inner starry planets which make a difference and not the inner transiting over them! Now how do we know that it's neptune hitting moon and not moon hitting neptune? Thabks

 

I'm still quite new to transits..

And do u have a course on eclipses? U said a long time ago u were gonna make one.

Moon hits neptune every month, once y ear it will hit it as a new moon and once a year as a full moon. Those are really the only time the moon has power as a transit. 

but just watch, see what happens when neptune crosses the moon, see what happens when moon crosses neptune, its completely different in impact.

@ernst on that note do u have a course teaching transits? Like i know about predicting with transits but I'm asking more about a beginner one because I'm new to this and in that one it's kind of confucing how u pick up and use planets.
