@ernst I noticed that in the class you were saying Guruta saham you have not used yet and also its meaning which written in manual is heavy which I think not exactly been translated as per me if I have to take a clue from how it is calculated keeping Sun and Moon in the mind ( if day then Sun and if night it would be Moon ) my guess is Guruta means - Greatness , dignity , dominance over the subject matter , Person has established his name in the area of that field, kind of best of the best ? so makes sense as Sun and Moon are day and night king and queen and have their own unique dominance or greatness in their own kingdom so looks like an imp saham to look at just like we look at Punya , Guru and Jyana(wisdom) saham - what level of expertise person will achieve during the year , will people look upto him/her as an the expert ? will he/she reach that level of expertise (guruta) or not ?

I was watching recently this class in which the questioning about the meaning of this Saham is mentioned.
In hellenistic astrology, that is the Lot of Exaltation or elevation (greek hypsoma)
This part is used to see the eminence of a person. for instance, if this lot is on the kendras of Punya Saham and the Lot of Spirit in the natal chart - and its lords exchanged places - the individual could be eminent.
for instance, Guruta Saham in Pele's chart is in the eleventh house (teams) and its dispositor is in the 1oth Bhava conjunct midheaven (fame). So its role on soccer teams made his fame.
I think the key for understanding the meanings of all this misterious Sahams lies in discovering the greek names for them. I could provide a list for you

@yogesh that is the list of greek sahams from my wife, but it doesnt matter, as the lots have their formula on the left.
