Does unilateral aspect between kendra kona lord cause kendra kona Raja Yoga?

It has to be mutual aspect based on sign distance, so for merc and mars, that means opposition, however, mercury and mars will never cause a yoga, mars is a paapa planet for this lagna so it can't.

Yes Mars is inauspicious but still asked because I wondered if it can atleast create a stained yoga due to an aspect from a auspcious lord(better than no aspect). Thanks for clearing that it requires a mutual aspect. I have some follow up questions -

1) For 11th lord to be a yoga breaker in a chart when it is not conjunct, does the 11th lord also then break a yoga only when it is mutually aspecting a yogakaraka? And doesn't break it when it aspecting a yogakaraka without getting aspected in return?

2) In the above chart, the native is in early 30s going through Jupiter dasha. Sa is conjunct 6th lord, and mutually aspecting 11th lord Ju. And 5th lord Mercury is not in an angle nor in mutual aspect with an angular lord. And pure yogakaraka Venus(also AK) dasha will start around 80 years of age. Does that mean their Sa, Me dashas(age ~39 to ~75) won't produce greatness?

The blocker of a yoga does not need to be mutually aspected, it just needs to aspect. When saturn and jupiter are joined or conjunct jupiter dasa is mediocre and saturn's great. So a lot of good stuff will come through in saturn dasa.
