Hello everyone 🙂
Just wondering if mercury is joined with a malefic in the rasi and therefore made malefic itself, would it then be considered malefic in all the vargas even when not joined with mars/sat/sun/rahu/ketu?
Could it then be seen as a malefic for yogas in vargas that require malefics in particular houses?

Hopefully Ernst can chime in but i wonder if this is the same idea like the Moon. If the Moon is waning in the Rasi then it is considered a waning Moon in all vargas...
