Dear Ernst,
In the Mastering Debilitation course, you were qualifying neechabhanga raj yogas with L. avasthas. Is that something that is "outdated", or would you recommend that still. What about qualifying yogas with L. avasthas instead of the IxSxSD calculation in Kala?

Could you also qualify the neechabhanga raj yogas with the IxSxSD like you do with named yogas ect. in the Yoga Judgement course??
