Raja Yoga in a tough chart

I have a friend with a tough chart: Saturn/Moon/Ketu plus Pluto in his second house.

But also, from what I can see, a Kendra/Kona Raja yoga, since he´s a Libra lagna and Saturn rules 4th and 5th and Moon the 10th.

My question is whether someone could help me to evaluate it. I attach the chart both in southern and northern style plus the aspect tables.

Planetary aspects, right? Both Mars and  Mercury aspects the Moon fully, but none of them rules a bad house.

The 11th lord Sun aspects the Moon to 40 and Saturn to 36 varupas, and 3rd and 6th lord Jupiter aspects both planets too, but to an even lower degree. But we only consider full aspects, right?

So this would be a stainless raja yoga; am I right?

What effect should I predict? Good 2nd house and good 4th, 5th and 10th houses I guess, since those houses are ruled by the involved planets?

Thanks in advance!

Yes, it's a stainless yoga.

For that we don't use planetary aspects in virupas, but the full aspects. So for Saturn as example, 3, 7 and 10 rasi positions. Simply so, it's as Ernst does in the course.

It's interesting how it will play out.

But apart of Moon-Saturn-Ketu many good things in the chart.

@marianela Thank you very much Marianela! This is a person who suffered from an abusive mother, a not so ideal father (not sure about the details) and bullying in school etc, and developed a strong humoristic persona. Which still holds him tight in his grip, he makes jokes about everything and doesn´t crave much respect. But once he overcomes that, he´s made for greatness, I believe. Especially with that yoga. Good to have it confirmed: it´s stainless. He´s deeply envolved in spiritual practices.

@staffan Tell them to go into the military/police/security.  Work until they find a position on a secret team/undercover unit/private force/private security.
