Plus Saturn is with Mars.
Is it me or it’s really hard to work with people with that combo? My sister have it, my boss have it. And I swear half of the time it’s like I’m speaking to an object not to a person. They don’t hear, or choose not to hear. They operate with strong and very wrong convictions, they don’t hear reason even if you speak to them multiple times about that topic and with solid and new arguments. They forget important details like you won’t believe (it’s really a blast having a boss, to whom you constantly have to repeat the same sentences, like „I told you already they do not have their own account department. We provide that for them”, „no, we can’t do it like they did. They didn’t follow procedure”).
I have a lot of Ernst videos to cover yet. So any reason that it’s a norm with that combo? And how to speak to them so they would hear and take information (for longer than a second)? I won’t even ask how to force Mars/Saturn person to stop being a hammer when no one need it.
Have you tried asking them questions so that they can actively engage in the conversation? This might work better than telling them or commenting things to them because then they're probably won't be engaging.
I have Sun opposite Saturn, and both are exalted in the new Aditya system, but not in standard tropical. And yes Saturn is conjunct Mars as well.
I am sorry for the suffering they have caused you, but they certainly have my sypathy with that combo!
Others have described me as not having a stable or singular personality, that I have about 5 separate personalities that show up at work. We/I may be a few different souls born to share a single mortal form in this life.
Lots of inner conflict, plurality, and fragmentation. Even plurality in areas where there isn't inner conflict.
This type of combo can really put a strain on the nervous system of those of us who have it. To the point of our loosing track of the effect we have on others, and to the point of impairing our working memory. Much wasted time because we don't know when to pull, when to push, or when to let go. It has required from me great yogic detachment, mindful conscious awareness of multiple mutual avashthas, but balanced with an overall taoist attitude while not losing the ability to work hard. Thats what it requires from me though I have yet to maintain it consistantly.
How outright stubborn they are could be due more to the health of the planets of adaptability, especially Mercury, but Venus and Moon too.
In fact, a good Mercury could help with managing and sorting those conflicting and opposing energies. Then they can be able to manage different people.
So tell your boss and sister to get a good Mercury! 😜
Good luck!
