Hi Ernst and everyone,
I'm having some trouble loading videos. Some videos load with no problem, while others I've been watching in a random order, whichever load by themselves. I tried different wifi connections and locations, however, it is still the same. Has anyone experienced it as well?

Hi Kannnessa-chan,
For me, when this happens, I try a different browser. I usually use Safari (am on a Mac) but when it doesn't want to load the video I go to Chrome, and it usually works much better there. On another day it might actually work fine on Safari again. And so on. You might want to experiment with different browsers and see what happens. Best of luck to you!

@ernst Thank you, will keep that in mind, I tried Chrome and it works well now! 🙂
