Ashamed Planets

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if a planet which is in it's own sign and card (Secure) or exalted (Proud) yet also Ashamed, will still be considered a beneficial card because the Lord is strong, or if it's considered more of a malefic card because the Avashtas suck. 

Example 1: Venus in Libra (10 of Diamonds) Secure + Ashamed by the Sun and Ketu, Starved by the Moon, and Agitated by the Sun.

Example 2: Moon in Taurus (10 of Diamonds) Proud + Ashamed by the Sun and Ketu and Agitated by the Sun.
