Greetings, dear Ernst. I apologize in advance for the mistakes (my native language is Russian). I have been studying on your courses for more than a year and I am very grateful to you. I didn't want to bother you over trifles, but I ran into difficult moments.
In the Cards of Truth courses (compability), you analyze Bruce Jeneer's chart and say that Rahu affects the ascendant and the Sun and you look at him as a person with a rahu in 1 cusp. But in fact, Rahu is in Aries, and the Sun and the Ascendant are in Scorpio. And in the course of Rahu and Ketu, you do not indicate the influence of nodes on the other sign of one Lord (I have come across such an approach only in the course of Ladjitadi Avashth).

I thought that this influence can be explained by aspects of rashi. But if in my birth chart the cusp 10 is at the beginning of Capricorn along with Saturn, and Rahu is at the end of Aquarius - they both end up in the same card of Saturn. Сan i say that rahu will influence (destroy) my 10 cusp?

Can you help me please clarify the situation

Hello, yes, in cards we dont care about signs, we focus on planet lords, so yes, rahu will influence your 10th cusp with respect to card techniques.

Thank you. But if I use both cards system and astrology, which system should I choose to make the most correct judgment about 10th cusp in my chart? I mean, Kards system gives a great opportunity to add to my astrology analysis exact card in which falls 10 cusp... but maybe  I should ignore influence of Rahu to the 10 cusp if I know what it's in anover sign and for example is closer to the 1 cusp than to the 10 cusp?

You should use the one you should use.

Let me explain. There are a lot of astrology techniques that we can do. We need to learn the techniques we learn, WELL, it does not matter how many techniques we know, it matters how well we know a technique. So, once answer is, use the technique you are most skilled in.

Once a person is skilled in a few techniques, ,that's when we should really use the one we use... based on what we know, one technique will show the answer more clearly, which one? We dont know, but, our intuition will just grab the right technique that is going to work best on that chart based on our knowledge of the chart.

So be flexible, let yourself use the one you should use.
