Rahu is also number 8. If we add all digits until 8, the final sum is 9. That means when a person overcomes Rahu challenges, he masters number 8 which is self fulfilling and moves to number 9 which is divine fulfillment. Also 8 square is 64 whose addition is 10 which is number of turning the wheel of fortune or being a magician, so the person is set on the wheel of greater fortune with a new beginning as 10 is ultimately 1.

So, mastering Rahu has great advantages indeed.

@amit regarding Rahu being #8, is that as the 8th planet and for 8 square = 64 being 10 to then 1, is this in reference to the 1st house?

1 is a new beginning which can be a 1st house or Sun or a new emotional aspiration
