Starved Planets

if exactly the same starved its most intense, but any year its starved, they will notice it. Yes, people with mixed avasthas have more complications, simply due to sometimes the planets being nice and other times its starving. so its ups and downs.

@ernst  You said “When a planet is starved in the same way in a year chart as in the birth chart, then its going to be felt strongly”. Is this when they start feeling uncomfortable with finding themselves in the situation they are in, thus opening a window of opportunity to change?

I am assuming it will be felt much more strongly during the timing period of the card during that year. Is that correct?

It will be a year when the way they are trying to make things work that is not working catch up with them and so circumstances will be very disappointing. 

I mean exactly the same way, starved by the same planet. People who have a mix of avasthas, yes, its more complex, sometimes forwards, sometimes backwards.
