Your Venus is 7th from your Libra Lagna in Aries. I believe you can't have Pada 7th from the Lagna so you go to the 10th and so your Pada is Cancer. Others correct me if i am wrong here...
Since your Pada is in Cancer and it is an even sign you count reverse. 2nd from Cancer is Gemimi with no planet and 8th from Cancer which is Sagitarius with no planet. No Kemadruma from the Pada either....
From Jaimini's teaching in the Rasi chart you have no Kemadruma yoga. You should look at the Navamsa as well...
