The 2B rule for secondary marakas says

Benefics with Maraka lords, who are not yogakarakas.

Does this mean

Benefics with maraka lords, where those benefics are not yogakarakas, are marakas

OR

Benefics with maraka lords, where those maraka lords are not yogakarakas, are marakas
