Since Moon's debilitation sign is Scorpio 0-3*, I would have thought that that should be its default for debilitation calculations in Kala. But Kala uses the default "All of Scorpio" for Mo.
I wonder if there is any reason for that default. Also, how will things change in terms of predictions, dignities etc. if I set my default to 0-3* Scorpio in Kala?

That's pretty dense of such people. BPHS too clearly implies the moon's debilitation range is Scorpio 0-3*.
