I think condition of Jupiter in D60 will show how much good or bad Jupiter will give finally based on other vargas...

So if it's debilitated in d1, d7,  d9 in a woman's but exalted in d60 means she still has great hope from his dumb husband to show some of his abilities and that he would finally do some good stuff

@amit what if Jupiter is in great friend D-1(raja yoga), exalted in D-9 but debilitated in D60? How would you interpret that? Thx!

I would interpret that as husband is amazing but let's you down for the final wishes you expect from him.. so there's not complete satisfaction

I think the best way to look at the D60 is to see it as the ceiling. So, here we are in some space in the world and lots of things are going to happen. The space that we are each born into has a ceiling that determines the height of what can happen. So if a planet is indicating fame, we go and look at just how high the ceiling for fame is in the D60. So two people can have the exact same fame yogas, but one person is more famous than another because the ceiling in the D60 for one person is higher than the other. THey are both famous in the space they are born into, so they are both happy with their result, but they are not the same result.

@ernst could we also see it as the room someone has to improve their lajjitadi avasthas?

For example, Venus in Cancer in D1 with Venus in Pisces in D60, they can reach great "heights" with Venus if they learn how to use it, cause the ceiling is higher?

Thank you

Yes, it will give better opportunties for the avasthas to get healed.
