Vargas - D10 Exalted Jupiter

I have noticed a lot of people who achieve fame or do something big on the public stage have an exalted Jupiter in the Dasamsa. How would we read this? Does an exalted D10 Jupiter simply make someone very magnanimous, generous, daring, therefore, they attract more? Am i missing something here?

My understanding is that Jupiter in Navamsa is a better predictive measure of a person's expansive nature in a general sense, than Jupiter in the Dasamsa. What are your views on this?
