Two Jaimini-related questions.
Can we use argalas-virodhinas to also judge other yogas not mentioned by Jaimini, like those in Paarashara yoga judgement class?
Do you have any experience with reading long term unemployment in a chart (I am talking years). How can you spot it?

@ernst Or a troubled lagna lord + 5th lord starved and mrita in a beat up 10th house (where dwells a doubly starved Saturn which allows nothing to happen or be achieved by will) lorded by a debilitated planet! All of which rashi aspect the lagna and 4th.
I honestly don't know what I am going to do. Probably should be doing something more productive and self-supporting than studying astrology if I want to even survive much longer!
And also have Ketu in the 10th from swamsha.
I bet a lot of people who study astrology have some funky employment factors in their chart though.

I've noticed that 8th lord in the 1st certainly makes things more difficult career wise also. It causes alot of breaks to steady employment like job loss, un-renewed contracts, etc.

lost job in 2015 may got in June 2019 ,again lost due to covid in 2020 June .still unemployed

Yes, funky employment things sound about right. I think my greatest achievement of astrology will be to figure out what is going on with my 10th cusp before I die.
