Hi Ernst,
i would like to confirm your Argala blocking rule and that is "Less AND Weaker" (blocking house). I believe that rule only applies when we have Rahu or Ketu involved and it does not apply to karaka planets. I will give 2 examples:
1. Capricorn Lagna with the Moon and Mars in Aries 4th house forming Argala, and Saturn in Libra 10th house (the blocking house). We have 2 karaka planets in the Argala house and 1 karaka planet in the blocking house so the Argala house won. Saturn can not block the Moon and Mars. The blocking house has less karaka planets than the Argala house, and therefore, it can not block the Argala house
2. Capricorn Lagna with the Mars and Ketu in Aries 4th house and Saturn in Libra. Now i think we apply your rule "Less AND Weaker" to the blocking house. Libra has one karaka planet and Aries has 2 so the Less requirement is met in Libra. Now we see if Saturn is weaker than Mars. Saturn is exalted in Libra and Mars is in its own house. Saturn is stronger. So we have Less AND Stronger here that means the Saturn can block the Argala house with Moon and Ketu in Aries
