All the decease indication in jamini are the moon being 4th from the atmakaraka and aspected by other planets then but what if the MOON itself is the atmakaraka?
@ernst but those people are still gonna suffer with deseaces so does this jamini technique render useless for moon atmakarakas? U sure jamini didn't think of some other way since he's so deeply logical?
@ernst what about the moon being 4th from AK and aspected by Mars and Rahu in D27? Can it also indicate disease in that chart or is it something else? Also, what does it mean if the mars sits in 12th house together with its lord moon in Cancer in the D30 chart and is aspected by Rahu? I would really appreciate your answer.

I also want to ask you how about Navamsa then - AK is Saturn in Gemini, 4th from it is empty, however the ruler of both AK and 4th from it sits in Scorpio and is aspected by Moon in Capricorn, Rahu in Aries and Mars in Cancer. Can it indicate severe disease or even cancer?
