watching that video and looking at my rashi chart, i see that mars in my chart is in the blind point of aspecting the lagna just over 150 degrees and the score as a result came to 2, i had a cesarian section but mars on my chart has hardly any effect on my lagna, any idea what coul affect the difference between my reality and the chart indication

I tend to think that no single factor can indicates events. For a C-section, maybe it aspects your 6th house more strongly (?) but once again I don't think anyone can deduct C-section from that alone. The medical astrology class may answer that question (I have not taken it yet)
