@ernst es, sorry yes of course i didnt give the full picture, i do have in that chart moon Saturn conj, which will indicate the trauma and disturbance of emotions, but i wanted to know if the specifics of the mental/emotional disturbance would be expressed or indicate OCD. i thought ,sun venus(deb) starvation in the lagna while sun 12th interchange with lagna lord, kind of indicate how the emotional disfunction can end up with one's limiting what they allow to enter their world ,as deb venus starved by sun can create and the 12/1 exchange that indicate the loss of one's path to a greater power but by their own choice which is the effect of the traumatized sensitive body succumbing to the fear and limitation of living life to its potential

Venus starved or shamed, especially by moon, would support OCD as its venus that makes the little things feel okay, with a starved or shamed venus, a lot of things can just not feel good to a person and so this can trigger them to obsess about things. The 12th house influence can cause a person to want to hide, and of course, many OCD things are having an element of wanting to hide something. So yes, what you are looking at can contribute to this.
