Hi,
Just wondering how the avashtas would change if saturn is the lagna lord? Learning that saturn is that which we must let go of and not identify with, how is that then accounted for when saturn and saturns placement as the lagna lord are of significance? Specifically for saturn starvation- would the outcome or chart reading need to be different?
cheers!
They don't change at all. Saturn is about what we are finishing. Saturn as lagna lord means a person is finishing up a path. IF saturn is starved they are really struggling with attachments and issues to finishing the path, if saturn is in good avastha they greatfully and gracefully allow things to transpire.
Ah okay interesting, thank you. So would the house placement of saturn be the specific area where they would struggle with attachment? But also the house placement of lagna lord is where the person naturally focuses their attention, right? So for saturn specific lagna lords it would be about coming to peace with letting go of that which they are most drawn to??
Example- capricorn asc, saturn in the 5th in taurus would need to let go of attachments to children/creativity (I'm not sure that is entirely correct as I struggle sometimes defining the bounds of the houses- I have an intuitive understanding but it doesn't translate when I put words around it)? And because saturn in taurus is delighted by venus it would feel natural for this person to be letting go of these things? If instead saturn was in the 4th in aries, it would be very difficult for this person to let go of 4th house things and their inner world would be somewhat tumultuous.
Isn't ketu also about what we are finishing? How does that differ from the saturn finishing things?
Thanks again!
Yes, that is exactly how its working.
Sun/Saturn and Ketu are a triad. I think i talked about this in the healing rahu and ketu course. Saturn is the process of completing, ketu is completion and upon completion all that is left is the sun, which is Spirit.
HI manisha, first, malefics in 3/6/11 help a person get through the hard things in life, so even though its a saturn sun conjunction, at least its in one of the best houses for that.
Sun in 6th builds a simple, solid life over a sustained period of time. Saturn does the same. But saturn does it faster because it has dig bala wherewas the sun is not having a lot of dig bala. And it will do it in the context of the house or houses it rules. Not in the context of rahu or ketu.
