Hello LTmoon,

What do you mean by being a "cutter"? Do you mean he used to cut his wrist with a blade/knife etc?

I havent got my laptop here to check the chart itself, so I cannot add anything based on astrology.

But I have read at several places, that those who cut themselves (eg. wrist) that are most likely to being/having been subject to some kind of serious abuse (rape, molestation etc.). They do so as this is they way they can stop that huge-huge-huge emotional pain: while they are cutting themselves, they feel that extreme physical pain, and so they finally stop feeling their great emotional pain.

They also feel lots of shame, they think they are dirty, disgusting, and guilty. So yes, as Ernst also mentioned, if there is any kind of violence in their life history then certainly shamed avastha planets are to be searched for. (Mostly Saturn-Moon conjunction, Ernst talks about this in his Lajjitaadu avastha course, and I have also found this combination to be working.)

If you happen to be interested in the psychology of violence, then Judith Hermann's book Trauma and Recovery is a must. It is about victims of rape and shell-shocked condition of war veterans. Susan Forward's book titled Toxic Parents is also very good, it talks about both verbal, and physical and sexual violence. (Both books are tough to read, just as their subject is.)

@agnesbarna "Cutter" 20 years ago +/- there were young people involving themselves in cutting themselves, not necessarily the wrists but just cutting "flesh". It was sort of a "Emo" culture thing (Emo was a strange dark rocker fad - think Marilyn Manson). The person in question I know well (family member) so UNLESS there is a very well hidden secret there was no abuse, especially of the kind you mention.

Since I can vouch for NO violence, that is why I posed the original question.  I have heard at least 2 astrologers say that where you see a Mars/Venus conjunction there is generally violence. Specifically Laura Barat mentioned it regarding the D12, so maybe that is primarily where it should be applied. Mars and Venus are combust and Mars has an overall shadbala of 14.9, the native is definitely NOT a violent person.

Hope that helps clarify my original post.

On a side note, others commented Mars/Saturn and or Mars/Rahu and I can 100% confirm and agree with that observation.
