Same lord conjuction ?

Hi Ernst & all members; 

 I was asking Do we consider the same lord conjuction when we're assessing the Lajjiitada Avashtas ? Specially in situations when there's either multiple shamed planets in a certain chart or there isn't depending on whether we'll consider planets in signs with the same lord are conjunct or not ?  How do you read charts like that?
